2.3 All ingredients are locally sourced where possible, ensuring fresh, high-quality products.
3. Orders & Payments
3.1 Orders are processed through our website, social media, or direct contact.
3.2 Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
3.3 Payments must be made via EFT, credit/debit card, or other approved payment methods before order dispatch.
3.4 We reserve the right to cancel orders due to fraud concerns or stock shortages.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 We deliver nationwide within South Africa via trusted courier services.
4.2 Standard delivery time is 3โ7 business days, depending on location.
4.3 Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on location and order size.
4.4 We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers but will assist in tracking your order.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
5.1 Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened jars.
5.2 If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
5.3 Refunds are processed within 7โ14 business days and may be subject to bank processing times.
5.4 We do not offer refunds for personal taste preferences or incorrect storage after delivery.

6.1 All Sedap products are made under strict hygiene standards and comply with South African food safety regulations.
6.2 Ingredients are clearly listed on labels, and we encourage customers to check for allergens before purchase.

8.2 While we take care in packaging and shipping, we do not guarantee that products will arrive in perfect condition due to third-party handling.
